feat(myaccount): add getUserProfile and updateUserProfile methods - #1119
auth0-spa-js 2.30.0 adds getUserProfile() and updateUserProfile() to its MyAccount API client (auth0/auth0-spa-js#1799). This PR makes them available on AuthService.myAccount as Observables, with types and docs.
AuthService.myAccount wraps each spa-js MyAccount method in an Observable, so the two new methods are small wrappers like the existing ones. The changes are:
Methods: adds getUserProfile(options?) and updateUserProfile(data) to ObservableMyAccountApiClient and AuthService.myAccount. Like the other myAccount methods, they pass arguments and errors through unchanged and don't change the auth state or emit to error$.
Dependency: bumps @auth0/auth0-spa-js from ^2.29.0 to ^2.30.0. This also brings in the other fixes in spa-js 2.30.0, including fix: getTokenSilently concurrent calls failing with Timeout auth0-spa-js#1817 (concurrent getTokenSilently calls failing with Timeout, which could also fail parallel AuthHttpInterceptor requests).
This is not a breaking change.

Walkthrough
The Angular MyAccount API adds profile retrieval and update methods. It exports the related profile types, updates the SPA SDK dependency range, and adds tests and documentation for profile options, update behavior, scopes, errors, and ID-token-backed observables.

Creating an Observable for an edit can change a profile even when the caller never subscribes. Fix that behavior before merging; also correct the refresh example and document the new API in the README.
